We love primal butchery and third & main, but the gift card took longer than advertised to arrive. They say 2-3 days, but it took a week and a half. Normally, I wouldn't need the gift card in a rush, but in this case I was depending on it to arrive in 2-3 days.

Purchased a gift card for my father for his 70th birthday party. Had all intentions on bringing my parents along with 11 other people back to celebrate his birthday. I called 4 times attempting to setup a reservation in a party room and no one would ever return my calls or make a reservation for me because to get a room you must speak to their party planner. She never called me back after being told every time I called that she would call to set something up. Now we are going to a different restaurant due to the lack and reliability of one person who can’t return a phone call. Seeing the lack of care for planning a reservation for 13 people makes me want to avoid the place all together. I’ve recently read lots of reviews about poor service and I agree it seems lacking and makes me want to avoid the place all together.

I bought the gift card for my boss. Purchase on website was easy. My husband and I have eaten here before and it was really good. The best part was our waiter (wish I could remember his name).
